Reservations + Ticketing
Reserve with a $2,000* deposit (Non-refundable. Balance due by June 1st).
Choose your preferred Cabana location when you reserve, and a deposit is placed.
Final locations are confirmed once the full balance is received.
Cabana Captains will receive the Cabana Sponsor agreement at the time of reservation.
Platinum Weekend Passes give access to all VIP Areas during the weekend of the events.

The total Fair Market Value (FMV) of sponsorship is $235 per included Weekend Pass. For federal income tax purposes you may be able to deduct the portion of your purchase price that exceeds the item's fair market value (FMV), if you paid the excess with the intent to make a charitable contribution. To immediately reserve your Cabana, submit a $2,000 deposit via Credit Card on the Pines Party website. Our team will then reach out via email to confirm add-ons and customizations and prepare an invoice for the balance of your sponsorship fee, which can be paid via Credit Card, Check or Wire Transfer. The deposit is not refundable under any circumstances. Full payment of balance is due by June 1 or reservation may be forfeited. A 3% processing fee will be applied to all credit card payments.

The reservation deposit must be paid by a single individual who assumes responsibility for the full payment. If you'd like, we can prepare individual charitable deduction letters, matching the amount provided by the Cabana Captain for each individual.

The Pines Party production team is preparing a full furniture and decor package for each Cabana, which is included in your sponsorship amount. If you’d like to decorate your own Cabana you may omit furniture / decor items, however there will be no reduction in sponsorship amount.

Unfortunately, we cannot modify or exchange the number of included Platinum Weekend Passes at each Cabana level. However, at any time you may contact our team to add additional wristbands at the lowest, currently available price.
