Pines Party: Dreamscape is calling. This year’s celebration needs builders, creators, organizers, and dream-weavers. Whether you want to help construct our surreal world, support behind the scenes, or serve drinks as part of our paid team, here’s your chance to be part of something unforgettable — and earn a party ticket in the process.
🌈 Available Roles (Party Ticket Compensation)
🎨 Art Installation — VIP Beach Experience (Ian & Joe’s Crew)
We are creating a surrealist, soundscape and environment — and your creativity is needed.
🛠️ Beach Setup & Build (Johnny’s Crew)
Help build the dream directly on the sand — from structures to paint to decor.
Hands-on roles for creative types, builders, and decorators.
Wear clothes you can destroy. Tools & sun hats recommended.
🍸 Liquor & Beverage Distribution – On-Island
Assist with bar setup and liquor delivery to party sites.
Requires some lifting and a good vibe.
📦 Liquor & Beverage Organization – Off-Island
Organize liquor off-island and help prep for distribution. Best for detail-oriented folks who prefer a quieter shift.
🔧 Production Crew (Papa Bear’s Crew)
Organize dock deliveries, move equipment, manage lunch/bev setup. A great behind-the-scenes logistics role.
Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs.
🎉 Pool Party Setup (Eli’s Crew)
Help construct and decorate the Pool Party space. A mix of carpentry, painting, and design.
🧹 Sunday Pool Party Clean-Up
Help clean up after the wildest daytime bash. Great for those looking to lend a hand after the fun.
🧼 Monday Post-Party Reset
Assist with inventory, restocking, and cleanup on Monday after the party weekend. A satisfying way to close out the experience.
Volunteer shift pay;
1 shift = 1 party ticket.
2 shifts = 2 party tickets
3 shifts = weekend pass.
4+ shifts = VIP weekend pass.
🍹 Paid Bartending and Barbacking Roles
We’re hiring bartenders and barbacks to work at all major events.
Great energy and experience a must.
Paid Position + access to Pines Party's most iconic moments.
Pay for the Beach Party
Pines Party - Beach Party Bar Team Pay (bartenders and bar-backs)
$250 pay for full night night bar shift with $100 guaranteed minimum tip distribution for beach party only.
